Every class has a French lesson once a week. We are unique in Primary schools in the area in offering a foreign language throughout the curriculum. The French teacher is Madame Betteridge. 

St. Michael's school has a comprehensive pdf Curriculum which each Year Group follows. This is based on the pdf National Curriculum , as set out by the Department for Education.

Our Numeracy strategy helps pupils to develop their maths skills in a structured way. 

We use Numeracy 'Passports', which graduate the skills needed.
