All of the teachers have been busy; working in school to support the Key Worker children, creating work to share with you at home and responding to those of you who share your work with them as well as many other things.

However, even during all of this, many of them have also somehow found time to record a little message for you. If your teacher is not here, it is just that at this stage they haven't found the time - yet.

Matthew's Great Fire project

Matthew decided to do a little bit of work about the Great Fire of London from 1666, this involved making a whole scene, finding out facts and then creating a short video recreation.

If you are looking for more to do, here are a number of videos.

The first is by the world famous Carlos Acosta, who now as the Director of Birmingham Royal Ballet, has shared a revised version of a famous dance from Swan Lake which comprises a solo pianist, solo cellist and solo ballerina all combining from their own homes to create a stunning piece.

 The second video here shows how dance has evolved...many of the steps are recognisable across all these dances just in slightly different forms but what is equally stunning is how the dancers interpret the music (which in many cases is also iconic).
